Selling My Rare 1954 GMC AD hauler! 12-Valve Cummins diesel + Allison Duramax trans. Ex-fire truck with just 32K original miles. Runs strong, clear Colorado title—ready to haul or show!Clear Colorado titled 1954 GMC Car hauler. 32k original miles on the installed and up and running 1997 12 valve Cummins diesel motor. Backed up with a 2007 Gm 6 Speed Allison automatic transmission.48k original miles on the truck which used to be a firetruck.
The bed is 13.5 ft long 7.5 wide and has ramps that pull out.
Only needs a couple very minor things to finish up that I just haven't had the time or energy to be able to do. Bleed power steering brakes / Hydro boost. Front wheel alignment. Everything else works as it should with all original gauges, Lights ex. I built this drove it about 100 miles made some changes and installed all new front-end parts A-Arms, Ball joints, Wheel bearings, Tie rods, disc Brakes and added Ride tech Airbag front suspension with air compressor and holding tank, enough to add and control each 4 bags separately, It only has front airbags in it, rear is super heavy duty leaf springs. new Batteries just installed the other day. This needs to be driven short distances and then checked as any build does right after completing it to make sure you have no issues when you take it on long trips.
